Commission Terms

Last updated: June 2026

This document explains, for you as a creator, how your earnings are displayed, the Company's commission and the payment processes.

1) Service and Intermediation Commission

The Company charges a service/commission fee for facilitating the collaboration. The amount payable to you is shown as NET earnings in the details of each campaign; the net amount you see is after the commission has been deducted. In flexible-budget campaigns, the net amount shown in the dashboard also applies.

2) Pricing

Service fees vary by campaign type (e.g. fixed UGC fee or offer-based). In flexible-budget campaigns, the price offer you submit is subject to brand approval. The applicable amounts are always shown on the relevant campaign screen.

3) Tax and Invoicing

Payments are made net. Taxes, social security and similar legal obligations arising from your activity are your responsibility. Where required by applicable law, an expense voucher may be issued or an invoice may be requested from you.

4) Payment Timing

An earnings record is created when your content is approved. Your earnings become eligible for payment once the business-day periods stated on the platform (the holding period after approval and the payment-preparation processes) are completed. Payment is made to the valid bank account/invoice information you provide.

5) Early Payment

Before your earnings become eligible for payment, you may, upon request, withdraw them early, with an early-payment deduction applied at the rate stated on the platform. Early payment is entirely at your discretion.

6) Accuracy of Payment Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of your bank account, invoice and identity information. The Company cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete information.

7) Prohibition of Off-Platform Payment

Making payment/work arrangements outside the platform with brands you met through the platform is prohibited.

Changes

The Company may update this document in line with changes in applicable law and in the service. Material changes are communicated through the platform or by e-mail; the current version takes effect on the date it is published on the platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules of your country of residence that apply to you. Any disputes arising in connection with this document shall be subject to the competent courts of the Company's place of registration, save where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own jurisdiction.
