Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone and, where required, national ID / tax identification,
• Profile and social media data: usernames, follower counts, content categories,
• Content data: portfolio and delivered video/photo/audio files,
• Address and finance: shipping address, billing and payment/earnings records,
• Transaction security: session, IP, log and device records.

Purposes of Processing

• Creating the creator profile and managing the talent pool,
• Campaign matching, content delivery and evaluation,
• Running earnings and payment processes,
• Shipping/sample dispatch processes,
• Communication, support and notifications,
• Legal obligations and platform security.

Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases recognised by applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR where applicable), including the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a legal right, and the Company's legitimate interests. Where required, your explicit consent is requested separately.

Transfers

In order to provide the service, your data may be shared, in accordance with applicable law, with payment providers (e.g. Stripe for international payments), hosting/infrastructure providers, e-mail and notification services, business partners involved in running campaigns, and legally authorised public authorities. Where data is transferred across borders, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection laws are put in place.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation/retention periods prescribed by applicable law; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To request information where such data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request the erasure or destruction of your data within the limits of applicable law,
• To request that rectification and erasure be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising solely from the automated analysis of your data,
• To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
