Terms of Use

1) Parties and Definitions

This document governs the relationship between Talentfy Yazılım ve Reklam Anonim Şirketi (the "Company" or "Talentfy") and the user accessing the Talentfy platform.

The Company is a company duly registered in Türkiye and may be reached at destek@talentfy.co.

• Platform: the Talentfy web and mobile applications, dashboards and related services.
• Campaign: the content-production / collaboration process carried out on behalf of a brand.
• Content: the video, photo, audio, text and derivatives produced or uploaded through the platform.

2) Account and Profile

You represent that your profile and social media information is accurate. You are responsible for the security of your account and may not share your account with anyone else.

3) Content Production and Delivery

For campaigns you accept, you agree to produce content in line with the brief and revision requests and to deliver it on time. The copyright/usage terms for the content you upload are governed by the Copyright Assignment & Usage Terms.

4) Earnings and Payment

For approved content, your earnings are paid according to the payment schedule stated on the platform and the billing/payment information you provide. In flexible-budget campaigns, the price offer you submit is subject to brand approval.

5) Prohibited Use

• Uploading content belonging to someone else as if it were your own,
• Attempting to bypass the commission by arranging with brands outside the platform,
• Declaring fake followers/engagement or misleading information,
• Producing unlawful or hateful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

6) Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided 'as is'. No campaign volume or earnings guarantee is given; the Company's liability is limited to the earnings for the relevant campaign.

7) Termination

In the event of a breach of these terms, the Company may suspend or terminate your account. Your rights to earnings already accrued are reserved.

Changes

The Company may update this document in line with changes in applicable law and in the service. Material changes are communicated through the platform or by e-mail; the current version takes effect on the date it is published on the platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules of your country of residence that apply to you. Any disputes arising in connection with this document shall be subject to the competent courts of the Company's place of registration, save where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own jurisdiction.
